This is a workmens compensation review case. An examiner for the respondent, Department of Industry, Labor & Human Relations (hereinafter department), made an award to Melvin J. Vande Zande, plaintiff-appellant (hereinafter applicant), for temporary total disability and permanent partial disability. On review, the department entered an interlocutory order and modified the order of the examiner as to temporary disability. The applicant commenced action in the circuit court to review the order of the department. The circuit court affirmed the order of the department. This appeal by the applicant follows.
